SABdrain 705 is a polypropylene channel drainage system fitted with Class E cast iron grates, manufactured in Italy. This kit covers a 1 metre run at 150mm internal width and 100mm internal depth, rated to load class E400 under AS 3996.
Each grate locks down with an eight-point security fixing system, which holds it rattle-free under heavy vehicle movement and deters unauthorised removal. The polypropylene channel is lighter than polymer concrete, which reduces handling on site and shortens installation time, and the channel material resists corrosion in wash-down and coastal conditions.
Recommended applications: heavy commercial and industrial hardstand, forklift traffic on pneumatic or solid tyres, freight and distribution yards, ports, and highway drainage.
