The centre brace is made from quality Treated Pine and is used along side with the Ezistep Stringer Kit and Treads.
Ezi Step Stringer Pine kits which uses treads over 1000mm and/or Merbau over 1200mm wide, require for the Australian Safety Standards a centre brace to be installed for added support under the tread.
